Nel 1977, oltre alla SuperStar, esce questa particolare Supersize : il volto è quello nuovo della SuperStar, ma la bambola è alta circa 45 cm (circa 18”). E’ il primo caso di una Barbie di grandi proporzioni, la successiva sarà la MySize. Questo primo modello viene presentato con tre parti di abbigliamento abbinabili fra loro in modo diverso: un costume argentato, che può fungere da corpino per una gonna o per un paio di pantaloni.

The face is that of the SuperStar, although the features may seem slightly different given the different size of the head. The brand is in fact the same as the SuperStar.
